Aji Sushi is a Japanese fusion sushi bar in Edinburgh that offers a comfortable, friendly and relaxed experience.

The exhibition opening of 'In Basho's Footsteps' wouldn't have been the same without the generous support of Aji Sushi. In an effort to promote the arts and Japanese culture, they contributed two large platters of delicious sushi to the party (if you came to the opening, you will surely not have forgotten the sushi).
